“Do I buy now or wait?”

Many people are questioning the current state of the market and future projections. If you have similar questions and would like to proactively get the (factual) answers, please join us with local economist Alex Stewart who will be giving a short presentation at our office next Wednesday night with a Q&A afterward. Alex is very impressive and extremely knowledgeable about all things housing and mortgage, he spent the last several years as a mortgage banker here in Jax. We'll also be serving w**e and cheese too! DM me for the address of our new office.

**If you need to bring the kids, that's fine too. We're going to have some games and such to keep them occupied.
