I would like to suggest to Coj. that the habit is a huge factor in effective recycling. Given the world disturbing climate incidents and situation, we would be very wise to restore reclyling and attack garden waste in a grinding and mass mulching. Both reclyling and mulch can be a city revenue producer and certainly be of advantage to our area and our planet.
