With over four decades of business experience in sales and management, Amanda (Mandy) Morrow demonstrates a unique blend of leadership, vision, and knowledge to get things done. These characteristics have landed her on the Jacksonville Business Journal’s 2022 List of Top Residential Real Estate Agents as well as the Jacksonville Magazine’s 2022/2023 Women Empowered list. Whether providing top sales results, management acumen for IBM and other IT Fortune 50 companies, co-running her own company in Greenwich Connecticut, or ensuring her real estate clients in the Ponte Vedra Beach area find or sell their homes at the best prices, terms, and conditions, Mandy has been consistently at the top of her game for the last 17 years. As a Broker Associate at Compass, Mandy’s focus is on getting things done with a one-client-at-a-time approach. She has served on several Florida Realtor® Association Committees, both locally and statewide, as well as on the boards and committees for several local charities including Director for The Friends of the GTM (Guana Tolomato Mantanzas) National Research Reserve in Ponte Vedra Beach, committee member for Pink Ribbon Jacksonville for many years, Beaches 100 for the American Cancer Society, and a volunteer for Junior Achievement at Ponte Vedra High School. She is an active member of Sawgrass Country Club and serves on the membership committee. Recently, Mandy was honored in 2020 to be selected by Governor Ron DeSantis to serve a three-year term as Commissioner for Volunteer Florida, the State’s leading agency for volunteerism and national service. Having worked in Dallas, New York, and Connecticut, she was delighted when she returned to her beloved Florida in 2004. She grew up in White Plains, New York, and Delray Beach, Florida. She holds a B.S. Degree from Florida State University and attended executive management programs at Cornell University. She has several Realtor® designations including Coldwell Banker’s Global Luxury Specialist, National Association of Realtors certifications for International Property Specialist, Negotiation Specialist, and Short Sales and Foreclosure Specialist. With a wide range of experiences that have provided her with the ability to provide solutions for almost any kind of real estate challenge.
