Sold! 🌴📝🐓

I’m going to miss visiting and showing this stunning property in the heart of Ponte Vedra Beach. It was far from easy and a ton of work. We’ve successfully closed. I couldn’t have asked for better seller-clients and I’m overjoyed for the very special family that now gets to call this home. 🩵

Pineapple 🐶🍍 wants to remind us of the rules for dogs on the beach during this time of year: April 1st - September 30 no dogs allowed between 9am-5pm.

Before 9am is an awesome time to romp at the beach 🌅 anyway! Late evenings in the summer are cooler temps for the pups too.
