Numbers tell the true story of real estate right now in Ponte Vedra Beach.

Demand has been extremely high over the past months which caused the recent buyer frenzy and multiple offers on homes in our area.

Homes are still coming on market. The reason for the 54% decrease in Homes For Sale from July 2020 compared to 2021 is that homes are not sitting on the market long across all price points. This is evident even with the Days on Market stat -38% decrease.

The “Wow” statistic is definitely the Average Sales Price. Sellers have gained equity over the last year creating a 38% increase in Average Sales Price.
