Born in Jacksonville, Florida, and a longtime resident of Nocatee, Lisa uses her vast knowledge of the area to help buyers find the right neighborhood to suit their needs. Lisa began her real estate career in 1998 as a mortgage loan officer, an experience that taught her how to negotiate from a position of strength and to truly work on her clients’ behalf. She also graduated with the Departmental Award from nearby Flagler College, where she studied psychology. Her time there provided a solid foundation in marketing and helped her understand how to attract buyers and get the highest price possible for sellers. Lisa appreciates how stressful a real estate journey can be, and she aims to lower the pressure so her clients enjoy the experience. This has won her awards for excellence in customer service. From helping her mother in model homes as a teenager, to acquiring expert knowledge in her time as a mortgage loan officer, to assisting people in upsizing, downsizing, relocating, and everything in between, Lisa loves all aspects of real estate.
