Friends, I have been doing very minimal inspections lately. I have ventured into another career avenue doing power washing. It has been something I’ve been entertaining for quite some time now and over the past three to four months have been giving it a go and I am thrilled with the results so far. It is something I love to do and am extremely passionate about therefore I will likely be shutting down inspections, at least for the time being. I thank every single one of you who have trusted me in this business and I have enjoyed it very much! I may eventually come back to it, but right now I am passionate about the new business and it takes everything I have to run it. I would greatly appreciate anyone who would like to help support this new business if you need us for any power washing. We just set up a realtor referral program and would love to take on as many realtors as we can handle. If you guys have any questions at all let me know. For our customers, this is a starting base line for our rates. It will be pinned to the top of our page for easy access. These rates will be adjusted as needed to fit each estimate depending on a number of factors such as square footage, distance, siding material, how much organic growth is visible on surface, and how soon it needs to be done. Use this rate guide as a starting point. We do have a $150 minimum for any scheduled block of time. If you have any questions regarding the rate scale please feel free to contact us.
