competitive nature, innate organization skills and an early understanding of just how imperative customer satisfaction truly is, Steffany knew that it was up to her to choose a career path that would allow her to directly utilize these skills to establish her own success. Five years later, her career choice would be confirmed not only by her advanced accomplishments in the business, but by what was truly meant to be, her marriage to Jeff Farmer. This unity combined Steffany’s self-driven achievements with Jeff’s depth of experience from his literal upbringing with the top pioneers in the industry. Together for the past 20 plus years they have grown a deep and lasting legacy in the greater Savannah housing market. Driven by the desire to bring back real estate services that were truly client centric, Jeff and Steffany opened their own brokerage in 2013. Twenty-six years after choosing to command the future she was meant to have, Steffany still conducts business and life with just as much vigor and determination as she did during those early days after college. So whether she is cheering on her daughter’s soccer game from the sidelines at the College of Charleston or running that forgotten textbook for her son by his high school, she is balancing her family life while tending to the needs of her clients as well. She believes her clients hire her (not a team of assistants) to help them through their real estate transactions. She explored the path of a large real estate team and decided it did not provide the one on one client relationship she enjoys. Steffany will eagerly tell you that there are few things as rewarding as having a client say they couldn’t have made it to the closing table without her. This level of appreciation pushes her to go the extra mile for her clients.
