What we are looking for in a tenant...
Someone who is honest and treats people with respect, pays their rent without arguing and will not damage our property or be a nuisance to others.

What will get an application denied. ..Not having the move in amount, being rude, having limited work background, having an extensive criminal record including convictions for things that we wouldnt want going on on our property or in the area where our friends and neighbors live.

All of our units are 1 person/single occupancy with a 3 month probationary period. Our property is quiet and safe and we only allow people under contract to enter the property. We do not allow dogs, cats or other large pets. Guests may apply for other pets to be approved and they should be listed on the application.
Our company pays for the electric, water, trash, heat and a/c. To apply call us between 11am and 5pm weekdays at 573-727-4523. All the information we have on our units is posted here, so please do not post questions. Please do not call our application number with questions about the units. Our application number is only for filing applications. This is a secure building with limited access. Applicants will need to pass a criminal background check, have the full move in amount, and be able to show that they can afford the unit. Thanks-

All units come with bed, refrigerator, private bathroom and other furniture. Apartments come with full size refrigerators, most rooms have hotel size refrigerators.

Utilities paid by the company (electric, water, trash, sewage, heat and a/c) (some units have wireless internet), no pets.

It only takes about 2 hours to run a background check so please have the move in amount prior to filing an application.
