4 months shy of a 3 year contract. There was an easement issue, the listing agent was in house and we used our lawyer. The serviant tenant of the estate was a big company (who shall remain anonymous) whoms legal team resides in Florida. We never gave up, I never doubted it wouldn’t close. Both the seller and the buyer were patient and gracious.
