The Oyster House is a special one for us. We now have had the privilege of selling this property 3️⃣ different times, and along the way it has also been part of the Port A Beach House Company management family.🙌🏻

This sale was also a great reminder of how important the right pricing strategy is. After spending significant time 😳 on the market, we worked with the owner to reposition the price to better reflect the current market and that’s when the activity really started.💪🏻
