This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a candidate with at least two years of experience in affordable housing property management, including programs such as HUD, Housing Authority, LIHTC (Tax Credit), or other subsidized housing programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience with:
✔ Property leasing and lease compliance
✔ Income certifications and recertifications
✔ Rent collections and delinquency management
✔ HUD and LIHTC compliance
✔ Property inspections and maintenance coordination
✔ Working with residents while providing exceptional customer service
✔ Managing reports, deadlines, and regulatory requirements
