Today's real estate appointment was a total circus, but in a good way, I guess.

What started as an instructional session turned into a sweet learning experience for my client on how to instal hurricane shutters.

Then things got real when I got a flat tire out of nowhere when I was heading out to another appointment. 🛞

Sometimes rescheduling is a total bummer, but  necessary 🤦🏼‍♀️

Too bad my office doesn’t have a shower but thankful the rest of my appointments are via Phone!

Rates on 30-year mortgages increased to 6.37% from 6.3% last week, returning to levels seen a month ago.

Rates on 15-year mortgages 📈rose to 5.72%

🏠Mortgage rates just gave buyers a small break after climbing for five straight weeks 📉

The average 30-year rate 📉dipped to 6.37% (down from 6.46%), while 15-year loans also saw a slight drop. While it’s not a huge change, even small rate shifts can make a big difference in monthly payments.

Rates are still influenced by inflation concerns and global events, and the market remains a bit 🐢sluggish—but this could be a welcome sign as we head into the busy spring season.

Bottom line: a little relief for buyers, but the market is still moving cautiously.⚠️
