Here is what free actually covers. Contract review before you sign. On-site presence at every inspection. Market tracking so I know when the builder is ready to negotiate past their advertised number. Final walkthrough accountability.
What it does not cover is anything after closing if you did not use it.
The builder pays my fee. You get the strategy.
