UNDER CONTRACT!

This one is extra sweet.

It all started when a neighbor asked if I would leave my business card at her Airbnb for the guests who were considering relocating to Florida. For some reason, leaving a business card just didn’t feel like me. It felt a little too salesy.

So instead, I wrote them a handwritten note. Simply letting them know that if they wanted help while they were here, I’d be happy to help, and if not, that was perfectly okay too.

That little note turned into conversations, many homes, lots of questions, and eventually a beautiful friendship built on trust and guidance.

They trusted me to help them navigate the process, and after quite the journey, we found the right one!

Helping people relocate to Florida will always be close to my heart because I remember exactly what it felt like when we made that same leap in 2019. A new state, a new home, a new chapter, and a whole lot of unknowns.

Now, let’s get this one to the closing table!

One thing I’ve learned in real estate, it’s hardly ever just about the house.

It’s about the couple finally making the move to Florida they’ve talked about for years.

It’s helping someone sell a home filled with memories so they can start their next chapter, (sometimes very emotional).

It’s the first-time buyer who isn’t quite sure what they’re doing yet.

It’s the investor looking for the right opportunity.

And sometimes, it’s simply answering a question for someone who isn’t ready to buy or sell at all.

For me, it’s always about the people. Their stories, where they’ve been, where they’re going, and getting to be a small part of that journey.

So whether you’re ready now, six months from now, or you just have a question, I’m always happy to help.

Another day, another contract.

This time, we’re starting from the GROUND up. Literally.

So excited for my buyers who are officially UNDER CONTRACT on the land where they’ll build their forever home!

Today it’s dirt. Soon it’ll be construction. And before they know it, it’ll be HOME.

There’s something pretty special about being part of the journey from the very beginning.

Now let’s get to closing so we can start building that dream!

UNDER CONTRACT!

This one came with a lot of patience and a whole lot of heart.

Helping my client find his next investment property has been a true honor. As a former POW and veteran, his service and sacrifice make this one especially meaningful to me. Anytime I have the opportunity to work with a veteran, there’s an added sense of gratitude and honor that I never take for granted. 🇺🇸

And making this one even better, I get to work alongside the amazing Terri Persing of Paradise Exclusive Real Estate! It’s always so much fun when you get to work with a member of the Paradise family on the other side of the transaction.

We stayed patient, found the right one, and now we are officially UNDER CONTRACT!

Who’s ready for some LOCAL BASEBALL?! ⚾️

Okay, okay, I know it’s still 5 months away but the Atlanta Braves 2027 Spring Training schedule is out, so MARK YOUR CALENDARS NOW!

Before we know it, baseball will be back in Venice, and I’m already looking forward to those beautiful Florida afternoons at the ballpark!

There’s just something about a ballpark hot dog, some sunshine, and watching the Braves play practically in our own backyard.

Having Major League Baseball right here in our community is just another one of those things that makes living on Florida’s Gulf Coast so special.

So yes, I may be getting a little ahead of myself…but who else is already excited for Spring Training?!
