Another Home Has "BEN" Sold! And what a story on this one!

A few months ago I featured a community that unfortunately had 5 new builds foreclosed on in one block. These homes were fully completed, but the builder went under before they could sell them. We were able to secure one for our buyer for an outstanding price, and the other 4 have also subsequently sold. It was a wild ride from featuring the story on my Youtube channel to actually closing one. I worked with this buyer for over 3 years and I am thrilled they found a great deal in a great location!
