Clients sometimes hesitate to ask me for favors…

“Would you mind helping me get rid of this furniture?”
“Do you know someone who can fix this?”
“Is it too late to call you?”
“Would it be crazy to touch up the paint before photos?”

The answer is: just ask me.

Being a Realtor means wearing SO many hats. We’re advisors, problem solvers, coordinators, therapists, friends… and apparently, sometimes Uber drivers.

I have quite literally picked up a client from a colonoscopy appointment because they didn’t have a ride home. 😂

So no, helping touch up a wall before listing photos is not crazy. Coordinating a repair doesn’t bother me. Taking your late-night phone call is part of the job.

When we say full service, we mean FULL service. Whatever you need throughout the process, Amy and I are here to help make it happen.

And if anyone needs a colonoscopy… free ride with the purchase of a house. 😂🏡

🥭 The Great Mango Mystery! 🥭
Here’s my mango tree showing off like it’s trying to win a competition! 😂 I had hundreds of mangoes growing on this thing, and every time I went to pick one, all the good ones had mysteriously disappeared. 🤔🥭
Apparently, I was growing mangoes for everyone else. 😂
Since I was unable to get one off our tree… my friend Chris Wetzel jumped into action and got me one… fresh off of someone else’s tree! I see a pattern here! 😂 IT WAS DELICIOUS! 😋🥭. -Amy

We’re excited to share a passion project close to our hearts, 'WHISKERS WANTS A NEW HOUSE', a children’s book about a cat who learns the value of hard work, responsibility, making thoughtful decisions, and saving for a home. Through Whiskers’ journey, we hope to introduce children to important life lessons and basic financial literacy in a fun and meaningful way. As part of this mission, we plan to donate a copy of the book to the children in 2nd grade classrooms throughout Charlotte County, approximately 2,000 books each year.
