Under Construction. New Construction by Ocean Breeze Builders. 3bed 2bath 3car garage in highly desirable section 15. UPDATE: 2/4/22. The roofing has been completed with gray architectural shingles. Photos attached. UPDATE: 1/22/22. The project is moving forward nicely with Framing of interior walls complete. PGT WindGuard IMPACT windows and doors installed. Kitchen and bath cabinets ordered. Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing rough in's completed. Shingles have been delivered and the roofers are scheduled for this Monday. Next will be insulation, drywall, interior doors, trim, paint and tile. Updates and photos will follow shortly.
