Jo Ann Douglass became a licensed realtor in 2010, but her experience in the field extends decades earlier as a professional interior design consultant tasked with staging model homes. Born and raised in Florida, Jo Ann is closely familiar with much of the state. From the northernmost regions surrounding Jacksonville to the Gulf Coast communities of Charlotte Harbor, her personal knowledge of the Sunshine State’s many idyllic locations serves as a strong realtor advantage. Entrepreneurship and a strong work ethic were instilled in Jo Ann at an early age by her parents and participation in the family business for over 25 years fostered a deep dedication to customer satisfaction which she carries to her real estate career. In her personal life, Jo Ann celebrates nearly 40 years of marriage with her husband Michael with whom she shares 3 children and 7 grandchildren. She has a weakness for good food and great company and truly loves living the “Florida Lifestyle” where warm sand and coastal waters are never more than a few minutes away.
