The sales representative in the model home works for the builder. Your Realtor works for you.
Having your own representation can help you:
✔️ Compare different builders and communities ✔️ Understand incentives and financing offers ✔️ Review pricing, upgrades, and contract details ✔️ Ask the questions you may not know to ask ✔️ Have someone looking out for your interests throughout the process
One important tip: Contact your Realtor before visiting a new construction community for the first time. Many builders require your Realtor to accompany you or register you on that initial visit.
