Been finding alot of leaks lately on water filters and expansion tanks and air valves. When your home or buying a home and you see this type of green galvanic corrosion this is a sign of the copper piping beginning to fail.

Funny find of the day: Imagine watching TV or playing Xbox in the living room with friends or having family over and someone in the downstairs bathroom is dropping a number 2. They turn on the bathroom exhaust fan and instead of blowing to the exterior of the home, it’s blowing into the living room. That’s not a good look…. Or smell.
