WhooHoo! Accepted Offer! 🎉🎉🎉

Co-ops are NO joke! Getting the offer accepted is exciting, but doing the proper due diligence beforehand is just as important.

Before submitting, I made sure:
🏢 The cooperative met my buyer’s needs
🏦 The property worked with my buyer’s financing and lender requirements
📊 My buyer met the co-op’s financial requirements, including credit, income, debt ratios, and reserves
📋 We understood the building’s requirements before moving forward

Why does this matter? Because the last thing I want is for my client to fall in love with a property, get an accepted offer, and THEN find out the bank won’t finance the building or the buyer doesn’t meet the co-op’s financial requirements.

And of course, a good seller’s agent is doing their due diligence on the buyer too! 😉

This one took about two weeks, but we got it done! My buyer is an excellent candidate for this community, and now we’re one step closer to closing. 🏡🔑

Accepted offer is exciting. An accepted offer with the homework already done is even better. 💪🏽
