The new contact number for condominium sales at Catawba Bay is 419 - 341 - 0863. Our on site office is no longer open. So for anyone that is interested in viewing our properties I have one unit finished available A2 + 11 units unfinished available. We will be breaking ground for site C as one of the units in that building are sold. C 1 is available. Both units on site B redbud Dr, as well as the remaining four sites on the North Point island.
