Did a friend just reach out to you to tell you they know someone who wants to buy your house? Don't do it without talking with a realtor!!! It is widely known in the real estate industry that you will make more with a realtor. Even with paying commission! So why would you take on all the hassle, legal ramifications, possibility of law suits, safety in showing, etc.? Check this out! Especially the last statistic about selling to someone you know! Call me! I will protect you!
