Important Updates:

• We received additional information from ODOT that the SR 53 and State Road intersection will be closed for 8 weeks starting on September 5th. In mid-November, the intersection will open back up and allow traffic to flow through.
• The Port Clinton Chamber, OCIC and Shores & Islands Ohio are working with ODOT on signage to redirect traffic to the SR 269 exit rather than the SR 163 Port Clinton exit.
• During the construction (specifically the 8 week closure of the SR 53 and State Road intersection), Ed Urbanek (Harbor Light Landing) is graciously allowing traffic to flow through the back end of Harbor Light Landing so visitors can still visit the businesses within Harbor Light Landing, or cut over to SR 53 North and visit the businesses located right off SR 53 and at Knoll Crest Plaza.
• Signage will be posted to help redirect visitors who want to visit the businesses within Harbor Light Landing, Knoll Crest Plaza and the businesses located right off of SR 53 North. We do not have a specific time on when signage will be posted.
