Flashback Friday! ⚓️

Throwing it back to this American Dream Network episode celebrating everything that makes Downtown Port Huron a waterfront gem — from big-race energy to lakeside luxury.

We rode along with the 99th annual Bayview Mackinac Race 🏆, watching sailors from all over the country set off on the legendary run from Port Huron to Mackinac Island. It's still pure Great Lakes magic — skill, grit, and community all in one.

From there we dropped in on the Port Huron Yacht Club, a fixture of local boating life since 1906. PHYC isn't just about the races (though they run over 60 of them!) — it's about giving back, too. Their Leukemia Cup Regatta alone has raised over $1.2 million for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, alongside ongoing support for The Hunter House and local Women's Shelter.

We wrapped things up with a look inside Bluewater View Condominiums, where St. Clair River views meet modern luxury. Think rooftop deck, indoor pool, sauna, fitness center — and units ready to be customized into your dream home right on the water.
