SETX! This is what community looks like! ❤️

The Ace Rental Management, LLC team loves seeing our Southeast Texas community come together to support one another!

We headed to Babycakes Bakery with the intention of purchasing all of their remaining baked goods and donating them to members of our local community. But when we arrived, the baked goods were already SOLD OUT! 🙌

So, we pivoted! We purchased everything we could, including pancake mix, seasoning packets, croutons, granola, and more, with the goal of sharing it with our local community.

This is what makes SETX special. When times are good, we celebrate together. When times are tough, we show up for each other.

Tropical Storm Edouard is approaching the Texas Gulf Coast, and we are closely monitoring the storm and its potential impact on Southeast Texas. The National Hurricane Center is currently forecasting Edouard to strengthen before reaching the Northwest Gulf Coast later today.

As a precaution, Ace Rental Management’s physical office will be closed today for the safety of our team members.

We Are Still Here to Help

Although our office will be physically closed, our team will remain available during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

You can continue to reach us by:

Email: Our team will be monitoring emails throughout the day
Emergency Maintenance: Please continue to use our normal emergency maintenance procedures for urgent maintenance issues.

Please understand that during severe weather, emergency maintenance response times may be affected by road conditions, power outages, flooding, or the availability of vendors and emergency personnel. The safety of our residents, team members, and maintenance vendors will always come first.

Hurricane Season Reminder

Tropical Storm Edouard is also a good reminder that we are in hurricane season, and conditions can change quickly. We encourage all residents and property owners to take a few minutes to prepare:

Residents:

Secure or bring inside outdoor furniture, decorations, trash cans, and other loose items.
Make sure windows and doors are securely closed.
Keep phones and important devices charged.
Have flashlights, batteries, water, and basic emergency supplies available.
Know where you would go if an evacuation order is issued.
Never drive through flooded roadways.

Our team will continue monitoring properties and addressing issues as conditions and access allow.
