Employee of the Month: Nate Buckley 🏆
This month we're proud to recognize Nate Buckley, our Maintenance Supervisor, for the way he's stepped up when it mattered most.
Facing staff shortages, Nate didn't just hold the line. He kept the whole operation moving. From maintenance coordination to work order completion to getting units rent-ready, he made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. On top of all that, he's been bringing new team members on board and setting them up to succeed.
What stands out most about Nate isn't just the work itself, it's how he carries it. When situations get complex and stressful, he stays steady and calm. He's the person the team looks to, and he leads by example every single day.
