Code of Ethics - Article 15

Article 15 – REALTORS® shall not knowingly or recklessly make false or misleading statements about competitors, their business, or their business practices.
• Standard of Practice 15-1 – REALTORS® shall not knowingly or recklessly file false or unfounded ethics complaints.
• Standard of Practice 15-2 – The obligation to refrain from making false or misleading statements about competitors, competitors’ businesses, and competitors’ business practices includes the duty to not knowingly or recklessly publish, repeat, retransmit, or republish false or misleading statements made by others. This duty applies whether false or misleading statements are repeated in person, in writing, by technological means (e.g., the Internet), or by any other means.
• Standard of Practice 15-3 – The obligation to refrain from making false or misleading statements about competitors, competitors’ businesses, and competitors’ business practices includes the duty to publish a clarification about or to remove statements made by others on electronic media the REALTOR® controls once the REALTOR® knows the statement is false or misleading.

My name is Ejikay Jamelle Wachuku. Ejikay means "Take it easy" Wachuku means "Son of God" so technically my name is Take it easy Jamelle you are the Son of God. I go by Jamelle because it is much easier to pronounce. I have been licensed since 2006 and I market in the Daytona Beach area with most of my emphasis on the beach side in Ormond and Ormond by the Sea.

I am a second generation Realtor and have had sales experience for over 20 years. I specialize in For Sale Buy Owner’s FSBO’s, to listings and selling homes. I am part of the DAYTONA BEACH AREA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® Leadership Academy program. I am an EXIT Ambassador where I specialize in empowering people to own their lives. I am a team builder who loves thinking outside the box for creative results.

EXIT beach Realty is part of the South East Region. Our office is full of veteran agents who are willing to share their experience. We are a family oriented team and help one another. Our office is full of hard working agents who take the EXIT brand to the next level. The EXIT brand consists of five pillars. The first pillar is training, we make sure our agents are thoroughly trained in the basics in successful Real Estate sales.

The second pillar is brand. We teach our agents how to brand themselves and then present that brand to the market place to get more leads. The third pillar is technology. We seek out the latest technology and tools in Real Estate and teach agents how to use them. The fourth pillar is culture. We have build a team culture that is supportive and fun. We enjoy and encourage each other just like a good family would. Our fifth pillar is financial security. We then exposed our agents to a plan to make over 100% to build their own business with passive and residual income to create retirement security.

I apologize for not staying in better touch. I’ve made personal changes in my life in order to better efficiently serve you as Your Neighborhood Skydiving Realtor. My purpose is to be the most efficiently friendly Realtor. The resource you come to for Real Estate information, but first you need to know who I am. I am Jamelle Wachuku your neighborhood Skydiving Realtor. Yeah I know, I am different, but that is the number 1 reason you should choose me.
So what does Skydiving have to do with Real Estate is probably your next question. “Everything,” as a Skydiver you must stand on the edge take the risk and jump. One must believe in their self, fully commit, be disciplined, and be consistent with your equipment checks. Your parachute will not open at first. You must enjoy the process and embrace the journey. Right when you are at total bliss your parachute is there to catch you.
So what does Real Estate have to do with skydiving? In Real Estate to truly be successful you must stand on the edge, take the risk, and jump into a business where you don’t even know if you are going to get paid for helping someone. One must believe in them self, fully commit, be disciplined, and be consistent. Your business will not bloom at first. So you must enjoy the process and enjoy the journey. Then right when you think it is not going to happen. BOOM now you are at total bliss. You have so much business you don’t know what to do with it.
Yeah I know, I told you I am different. I don’t really like social media for marketing. I would much rather meet and talk face to face with you. I understand with thousands of people moving to Florida every day, people such as yourself check online before taking the risk of buying or selling one of their most valuable assets.
