A little late posting this one! 🎉
I started working with this buyer back in June, and we looked at quite a few homes trying to find something within his budget that would also meet FHA requirements. It wasn’t the easiest search, but we ended up finding the right one in a pretty unexpected way.
We were out looking at another home when the woman there cleaning mentioned that she had a townhome she had recently taken off the market and was still trying to sell. We went to take a look, and it ended up being the one!
Now he has a home that works for him AND a much shorter commute to work. Sometimes the right house really does find you when you least expect it. 🏡🔑
