Don’t just hire a REALTOR. I love representing buyers for their waterfront transactions. The inspection begins the moment we walk in the door. How deep is the water, what size boat can make access, where is the closest fishing spot, how far is the inlet away? From there we get into the bones of the home. As an emergency manager and over two decades responding to emergencies, I offer a completely different view.
