Growing up in Port Orange, and living in both New Smyrna Beach and Edgewater, Matthew has spent his life getting to know the area and loving the area that he calls home. As a graduate from the University of Florida, M.E Rinker School of Construction, in Emergency Management, he has a strong understanding of land and building design. He has spent over 25 years serving in many facets of public protection within Volusia County beginning his career on these beautiful beaches as a lifeguard, to helping locals and visitors throughout the entire area, serving as a first responder. He cares about the community that he has served throughout his life, and feels as though you must think and feel like a local to really understand what it takes to fulfill the customers wants and needs. He believes in the concept of community; from supporting local businesses, musicians, sports teams, and above all families. When he isn’t making homeowners’ dreams come true, he enjoys spending time with his family camping, kayaking, fishing, or anything involving the outdoors and adventure. With a passion for serving the Southeast Volusia area, Matt is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs.
