Same county, but not necessarily the same market. 👀

In August, single-family homes averaged 114 days on market, slightly faster than July. Meanwhile, condos moved in the opposite direction, increasing from 144 to 181 days on market.

But countywide numbers only tell part of the story. What’s happening in Port Orange may look very different from Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach, or DeLand. 📍

Feeling very thankful to be recognized in the 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝟱% 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗮 𝗠𝗟𝗦 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. 🏡

What honestly makes me even more proud is looking at the list and seeing 𝘀𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗲. More than half of our brokerage is represented among the top producers in the Daytona MLS, and I feel very lucky to work alongside such hardworking and talented people, 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘂𝘀.

Some real estate stories come full circle.

I had the privilege of helping this homeowner purchase this home not long ago. Then life took an unexpected turn, relocation became necessary, and it was time to figure out Plan B — sell or rent?
