I worked with my Father (Full time realtor since 1985) Now that he has retired I have help from my husband to keep "The Stemmler Team" competitive. I have lived in the Daytona Beach area since 1971 so I am a Local Expert. I have numerous designations, which are crucial for knowledge and Education in an ever changing Real Estate market. I have finished in the top 10% for sales in the last 10 years.
