It looks like our new state of the art office is coming along rather well. Phase I the building to the right is complete. Phase II, which is where most of our real estate business will be conducted, is well underway. Our new building will allow us to better serve our customers. We are still open for business. Today I have the great pleasure of Agent on Duty to handle everyone’s real estate needs. This, reminds me when I was the CQ in the Army, Charge of Quarters. If you are in the area stop on by. Yesterday, was a great day. We closed on a town house and I sold one of my listed properties for very close to asking price.

I just completed 6 days of Real Estate training with the Daytona Beach and New Smyrna Beach Association of Realtors. It has been long, but the training was amazing. This training will help me better serve my buyers and my sellers. I can not wait to implement my new skills.
