Grace is a Florida native and was born and raised in the Daytona Beach area. She graduated with honors from Spruce Creek High School, before moving to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida where she earned her communications degree from the respected Nicholson School of Communication. She spent her first summer post grad travelling to New York City, Boston and Southern California to
explore the possibility of a big move. As much as she loved to visit these new, exciting places, she felt a special connection to her hometown and local community and decided to make Port Orange her home once again. Grace quickly found a position at DME, a marketing company in Daytona Beach. During her time at DME, she enjoyed further enhancing her skills in marketing, social media and customer satisfaction. However, after spending over 10 years surrounded by a real estate family and then being heavily involved in the search for and purchase of her first home, it was clear the time had come to take her well-developed marketing skills and use them for something she was passionate about. Helping others find their home. When Grace isnโt busy helping clients buy their dream home or sell their current house so they can embark on their next big adventure, she can be found enjoying one of her many hobbies. Spending time with her family and friends, exploring new destinations, reading a captivating book, running (very slowly) in a local race, taking in a live theatrical performance, whipping up a specialty in the kitchen, watching a movie about faraway lands, baking up something sweet or strolling the Pavilion with Maui, her black and white Chihuahua. But most likely sheโs waiting to hear from you! Please feel free to call, email or text her at any time, she canโt wait to meet you!
