Volusia County’s Community Assistance Division are distributing pool and door/window alarms to help keep children and families safe around water. 💧

These life-saving devices will be provided from 9 a.m. to noon, Sept. 4, at these locations:
Deltona Regional Library, 2150 Eustace Ave.
Port Orange Regional Library, 1005 City Center Circle

You can pick up an alarm free of charge while supplies last, limit one per household.

To be eligible for an alarm, individuals must be a Volusia County resident, at least 18 years old, and willing to sign a release and waiver form. Households that received a pool alarm from Volusia County in 2025 will be ineligible to receive an additional alarm.

ALBERTO SUPPORTS LOCAL AND SO DOES ALBERTO’S KIDS NONPROFIT ! Alberto’s Kids

Just sharing a little glimpse into our day this picture is my wife and I stopping by our son’s school to have lunch with him. As parents, moments like this remind us just how much our local schools and the people who care for our children mean to us.

‼️Teachers, administrators, counselors, and school staff, this one is for you ‼️

If you recognize a local child or family who could use a little extra support, please think of Alberto’s Kids. We are a community-funded nonprofit dedicated to helping local children and families.

We have stocked the nurses’ Shoes, Socks & Underwear Closet, provide clothing for children who need it, bring school supplies directly to local schools, and work alongside school counselors during the Christmas season to identify families who could use some extra help. 🎒👟❤️🎄

This is something my family and I truly enjoy doing. We love being able to give back to the community that has given so much to us.

Sometimes school staff are the first to recognize when a family needs a little extra support. If you know a family who could benefit from what we do, please think of Alberto’s Kids and reach out!!!

Sometimes being a Realtor means going the extra mile.
My clients are moving out, and with the new buyers doing their final walk-through tomorrow, we want to make sure the home is left in good condition and ready for its next chapter.

So today, we’re helping get things organized, cleared out, and free of clutter so the buyers can walk through and see the home the way it should be presented.

Because to me, being a Realtor isn’t just about getting to the closing table. It’s about taking care of my clients all the way through the finish line and making sure we leave things better than we found them.

One more little push, one more checklist, one more happy dance… and then CLOSED! 🎉🔑
