Good morning everyone, we wanted to give you an update on our office status. We are open and we have power, which is great. Unfortunately our phone vendor has a regional outage in the South East US, so if you need to reach us please call Teri Sapp at 386-717-3811.
As I am sure you know most lenders offices are closed today in observance of Columbus Day but we are communicating with them ahead of that to make sure we can get our customers needs addressed as soon as they open.
Thank you for your patience during this time and best wishes to everyone as we recover from the storm.

Did you receive a notice from Mr. Cooper about the cyberattack they fell victim to on Halloween? Mr. Cooper services loans for over 4 million people, including loans originated by other companies such as United Wholesale Mortgage.

Keep an eye out for any updates on the safety of your information, your payment status for November, and any other fallout from the incident!

The home loan and mortgage refinancing giant has more than 4.1 million customers, according to the company's website.
