It has been a wild three days for in real estate!
On Saturday, I negotiated a deal for our listing in Vaughn while sitting in a Subway with the Agent as they were closing. Signed all the paperwork on the table which gave me a taste of what it was like to do Real Estate back in the day! Was able to get that deal signed by our sellers that night and sent out, running around until 9:30pm to ensure the deal crossed the line.
Sunday, while enjoying a lovely Mother’s Day with my beautiful fiancé and kid, we got word that our buyers offer was accepted on a home we had submitted on a few days prior, so we were able to share the good news with our buyers that they got the exact home they were dreaming of!
Today, I had the pleasure of presenting a very clean offer to our sellers of our McCormick Woods listing, which they were ecstatic to sign around, and very complimentary of their experience working with my mom and I. They were such great sellers to work with, and we couldn’t be happier for them and their next chapter!
So like I said, it’s been a wild weekend! 3 deals mutual & 2.4M in real estate sold in 3 days; setting new personal records for myself in this career, while creating space for new goals moving forward. And shall I mention, my mom has been able to relax at her Arizona home this entire time while I have been here handling the business. (She never stops working though and has been on her phone and helping out as needed, because she is a total rockstar like that)
