As a concerned citizen, I cannot in good conscience remain silent about the terrible operations, management and flagrant disregard for the law perpetuated by Hurst & Son LLC, a notorious landlord located in Washington and Idaho. This company seems to care only about making as much money as possible, with no regard for the well-being of its tenants. It purchases properties, jacks the rent way up and reduces services.
The properties owned by Hurst & Son LLC are often in a deplorable state. These problems are often ignored or inadequately addressed by the park managers, who seem more interested in collecting rent than providing basic necessities.
Hurst & Son LLC, has unresponsive management at best and has constant stream of excuses for the poor living conditions. It is unacceptable that they continue to operate with such disregard for their tenants' safety and comfort.
I urge anyone considering renting from Hurst & Son LLC to think twice before signing a lease. This company has shown time and time again that they are only interested in making money, and will not hesitate to put their tenants at risk in the process. It's time for them to be held accountable for their actions and for the safety and well-being of their residents to become a top priority.
