Meet Miranda Larrin — our Accountant.

Miranda loves that this company feels like family—because it truly is. She’s been part of Paramount since she was about 15 years old, starting out by helping file after school and during summers home from Washington State University (Go Cougs!). Over the years, she’s grown into her role and now works alongside family and her best friend from college, all while serving clients, tenants, and owners.

She genuinely enjoys working with numbers and solving problems, bringing both precision and care to everything she does. We are so thankful for Miranda on our team.

🚧 Due to heavy construction noises coming from the roof of our our office building being worked on, our office will be CLOSED today and tomorrow. We will post an update on Thursday if we need to extend!
*Staff will still be working from home

🦃 Thanksgiving is coming up! Our office will be closed both November 27th and 28th in celebration of the holiday.
