Here's my tell for whether a builder actually spent money: the interior doors.

These are eight footers. Standard is six foot eight. You feel it the second you walk in, and almost nobody puts it in the listing. The kitchen backs it up too, island seating, a walk-in pantry, appliances that stay, central A/C. Built 2019.
