A native of Knoxville,Tennessee, Mrs. Ketchie earned a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina in 2006. Soon after she graduated; her husband joined the United States Navy and they were off to travel the world. While stationed at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, NC she began her real estate career while working under her mentor, Taylor Greene. She quickly realized that she needed to be a part of the experience of connecting clients with their dream properties. After spending many summers in South Carolina and falling in love with it’s beauty she knew she must make the Lowcountry her home. Caitlin is a very detailed, organized, and motivated professional that will always strive to listen and do the best for her clients.
