Friday is almost here, and our Community Fair lineup keeps getting better! We have some awesome community partners joining us with resources, activities, giveaways… and because it’s August in the Lowcountry, we made sure to call in reinforcements. 😂☀️

💪 Strikeline Training Group — Stop by their tent to learn more about what they offer and possibly put your strength to the test in a push-ups and pull-up bar competition!

🐾 Beaufort County Animal Services — They’ll be offering:
• FREE pet microchipping
• FREE microchip scanning
• Foster program information
• Adoptable pet information
• Information about pet licensing in Beaufort County

💰 CPM Federal Credit Union – Beaufort — Meet their team and learn about the services and resources they offer.

The Back to School bash is right around the corner!

We are less than two weeks away from the Back to School Bash! 🎒✏️

Join us Saturday, August 1st from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Naval Heritage Park for a free family event to help our students get ready for the new school year.

Families can enjoy school supplies, hot dogs and water while supplies last, local resources, and a chance for kids to check out the Port Royal Fire Department’s fire truck and gear.

We are looking forward to spending the afternoon with our community and helping students start the school year feeling prepared and supported.

The Port Royal Police Department is still accepting school supply donations for the event. Donations may be dropped off at the police department.

PORT ROYAL UNDER THE FIREWORKS

Join us at Sands Beach on July 4 for an evening of music, food, community, and one of the Lowcountry’s favorite Independence Day traditions.

NEW THIS YEAR:
Cooler Reminder: Guests are welcome to bring coolers to this year's celebration! Please note that alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Pack your favorite non-alcoholic drinks, stay cool, and enjoy a fun-filled day in Port Royal!

12 PM – DJ Kev on the Beach & select vendors
3 PM – Food vendors open
8 PM – Marine Corps Band performance
Dusk – Fireworks over the water

Bring your chairs, your blankets, and your family for a celebration along the waterfront.

Food & drink vendors include:
Bananarama • Fly Pies • Gloria’s Filipino Food • Golden BBQ • HELP of Beaufort Beer & Wine • Maynard’s • Pieces of Yard • Snowie

Important Info to Know:

▫️No Parking on Bridges, PR PD will be patrolling
▫️Fireworks go off after sunset
▫️No Pets (Service Dogs Only)
▫️No Fi****ms or Concealed Weapons
▫️Parking at The Sands is for Handicap & Golf Carts Only
▫️The Boat Ramp closes July 3rd at Midnight

At the end of the night, pedestrians will exit first—foot traffic gets the green light!
