Yesterday, something incredible happened. We attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the underpass at 30Ave, where Zen played with Russell Brand’s daughter. He was just hanging out. It took me a bit to muster the courage to say hello. I welcomed him to the area and learned he's interested in becoming a local. He shared his email to receive some property recommendations. This encounter marks a milestone in my career. I admire his brilliance; he's a man of faith and supports what I believe in. I'm thrilled! 🙏🏽✨🫶🏼
