So you're buying a new home. Do you need a home inspection? Yes, you do! But, you also need to choose the right Home inspection company. ALT Home Inspections is that company. The pictures here show a broken truss that I found at the 11th-month warranty inspection at a home that was inspected by another inspection company that many use in the area. The engineering firm provided the process to repair the truss. I was asked to re-inspect the truss repair and found that the builder DID NOT repair the truss as recommended by the engineer. Here are some pictures as examples to show why you need to have your brand-new home inspected by ALT Home Inspections.
