🌴 SOLD IN ST. JOE BEACH! 🌴

Another piece of the Forgotten Coast officially has new owners! 🏡🌊

So excited for my Georgia buyers who purchased this lot just a few blocks from the Gulf—the perfect spot to build their own relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

I can't wait to watch their house plans come to life and see all the memories they'll make here—slow mornings, salty air, beach days, beautiful sunsets, and a little more time to simply relax. ❤️

Thank you so much for choosing me to help you find your piece of the coast! It was truly a pleasure being part of this next chapter.

✨ SOLD! Welcome to the Coastal Life! 🏖️

Congratulations to Lathy, Gina & Ashleigh on finding your perfect beach home!

It all started with a Facebook search from Georgia. Ashleigh, a fellow Georgia Realtor, was looking for a trusted agent along Florida's Forgotten Coast, and someone in a Georgia Facebook group recommended me. I'm so grateful for that recommendation and even more thankful that you put your trust in me to help you find your perfect beach home.

Now the fun begins... It's more than buying a home—it's embracing an entirely new lifestyle.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of such an exciting milestone. It was an absolute pleasure helping you find your piece of paradise, and I can't wait to see all the memories you make here.

Welcome to the coastal lifestyle! 🌴💙

If you're dreaming of owning a place along Florida's Forgotten Coast—even if you're hundreds of miles away—I'd love to help you find your own piece of paradise.

🏡✨ JUST SOLD! ✨🏡

Helping repeat clients is one of the greatest compliments I can receive! 💙

A few years ago, I had the privilege of helping my seller purchase this home. When it came time for his next chapter and a move to Alabama, he trusted me once again to get the job done.

I'm excited to share that we had this home under contract in just ONE day and closed in only three weeks! 🎉

Thank you for trusting me through another milestone. Wishing you nothing but happiness and success in Alabama!

A big thank you to the buyer's agent, Miranda Rollins , the title company, and everyone who helped make this a smooth closing!

🎤 Reporting live from the Forgotten Coast... it's Heather with the Weather! 😂

Just kidding... a little tropical weather doesn't slow me down! 🌧️🏡

Whether it's rain boots or flip-flops, I'm still out helping buyers and sellers find their perfect place to call home.

Rain or shine... let's go show some houses! 🩷🦩

🏡 SOLD! 🎉

This closing is extra special because I had the privilege of representing both the sellers and the buyers! ❤️

My sellers were wonderful repeat clients who trusted me once again, and I'm so grateful for the opportunity to help them with another successful sale.

On the other side of the transaction, I had the pleasure of helping an amazing couple from Colorado make their dream of coastal living a reality. After vacationing along the Forgotten Coast for the past three years, they completely fell in love with the laid-back lifestyle, friendly community, and unforgettable sunsets. This year, they decided it was time to stop visiting...and start calling it home.

Their new home is everything they were looking for—a beautiful pool to cool off after a day in the sun, a golf cart ride away from town, restaurants, and the bay, and the perfect place to watch those breathtaking sunsets that first stole their hearts.

Congratulations to both my sellers and my buyers! Thank you for trusting me to guide you through every step of the process. Helping people move on to their next chapter—whether it's saying goodbye or saying "we're finally home"—is the best part of what I do.

Welcome to the Forgotten Coast! 🌴☀️🏖️
