This is one of the most commonly asked questions to our team, should I buy now? Or wait?

The reality is this is a loaded question, are you in a position to buy now? Meaning credit, down payment etc.
Then the answer is likely yes if it aligns with your goals.

Most people will tell you that now is not a good time to buy. Wait for rates to come down, hereā€™s the issue with that.

Rates come down and prices will slowly go up. Rates go up prices come down.
Thatā€™s the cycle we are in now.
