Want to buy a home, but family and friends are telling you to wait!
This is one of the most commonly asked questions to our team, should I buy now? Or wait?
The reality is this is a loaded question, are you in a position to buy now? Meaning credit, down payment etc.
Then the answer is likely yes if it aligns with your goals.
Most people will tell you that now is not a good time to buy. Wait for rates to come down, here’s the issue with that.
Rates come down and prices will slowly go up. Rates go up prices come down.
That’s the cycle we are in now.
So buying strategically makes all the difference. What if I told you, I could get you a home without a downpayment? What if I told you I could get your interest rate into the 4s? What if I told you I meet with buyers and sellers all the time who aren’t ready “yet” and we help them build a success plan.
