I am finding it very difficult to believe that some people in USA want to remove dictionaries from the classroom.
First of all dictionaries are history of words :
English came from England and the original spellings have been made easy for those who can’t be bothered quote from Henry Higgins “in America they haven’t spoken it for years”
When I first moved here I was a little confused as the American spelling was different and Phonetic, definitely easier to learn For someone Who was just starting to learn how to speak English.

When I first took dictation I had no idea what Period was ,I only knew the word as a female monthly term.
I had to go ask someone why he was saying that so often and learned it was a full stop! .
Grammar and spelling are certainly different ! the one thing I have never been able to get used to
you are and your.
you’re ✅going to Dublin tomorrow?
And I see your ❌going to Dublin tomorrow?

What is Earnest Money in Real Estate?

When you make an offer on a home you love, the seller will expect you to pay an earnest money deposit. This earnest money will be a percentage of the purchase price, which could add up to many thousands of dollars. But you can forfeit all this money if you don't close on the home.

As a buyer, there are things you can do to protect your earnest money deposit. Contingencies can be included in the purchase contract that should prevent you from losing money, but which ones do you need and what can safely be left out?

You could also be under pressure from the seller or other buyers to not have contingencies, but is it worth the risk?

If you don't know much about earnest money, it could end up costing you. We look at the things you need to know about earnest money when buying a home.

Let’s learn more about the information on your 2022 TRIM Notice!

In the state of Florida your property taxes are based on the combined total of Ad Valorem Taxes and Non-ad Valorem Assessments on your property.

On Page 1 of your TRIM Notice you can find both your proposed Ad Valorem Taxes and Non-ad Valorem Assessments.

The first table covers your Ad Valorem Taxes, meaning taxes based on your property’s taxable value and the millage rates set by each taxing authority.

The second table covers your Non-ad Valorem Assessments, meaning assessments not based on value; rather, these assessments are fee based. These services can include, but are not limited to stormwater, streetlights, and solid waste collection.

If you have any questions or concerns with the proposed taxes presented on Page 1, please contact the appropriate taxing authority via the contact information in the public hearing section.
