The temperatures are heating up, but is the housing market cooling down?

There are a few factors that show signs of cooling. The market is still hot and demand is still high, so keep in mind that these factors can help cool the market - not freeze it! 🧊

Here are 3 signs the market might be cooling:

1. Home price growth slowing: Home prices are high but the rate at which they are rising is slowing down.

2. Increase in inventory: More homes are coming on the market and builders are stepping up new construction.

3. Fewer buyers: Higher mortgage rates and home prices are curbing demand from buyers, which can help decrease competition and bidding wars.

Big congratulations to my buyers. I am so excited for the Lynch’s new chapter on becoming first time homeowners. 🏡

🏡Big congrats to my sweet seller's on the sale of their home. We were very fortunate and blessed to have received $20,000 over the seller's asking price.

It is very important as an agent to show up with comps for appraisals in this current market. I am someone that shows up for every appraisals and I am thankful that my transaction have been appraising. This transaction went so smoothly!

My seller received her asking price on this beautiful condo.
Even though we faced some challenges with the HOA causing delays for seller and buyers closing. We finally got this condo sold last Friday. I could not have been more excited for my seller. She was so patient and understand through the process. Also this process could not have been so smooth without the help of Timothy Wise. You are an amazing person inside and out. I appreciate you more than you know.

Now it is time to look for the new home for my seller and I am up for the challenge.

💫About three years ago I met this awesome couple named the Hanley’s. They were a sweet married couple Dr. Andrea Hanley was fresh out of med school when they moved to Port Saint Lucie. They decided to rent to get used to the area before purchasing.

💫When the couple decided they were ready to start searching for their first new home guess who they called? 🙋🏽‍♀️

💫When we started looking for homes things were a bit challenging because of multiple offers, and bidding wars. However, in real estate when the home is for you no one or nothing can take it away. Therefore we never gave up!

💫My buyer initially lost the multiple offer situation when they first put the contract on this home. If it weren’t for the first buyers backing out of the deal they would not have this beautiful new dream home today.
