Now you see it, now you don’t! A new listing that went to market on Thursday is under contract on Sunday after 4 offers. Our first buyer got cold feet in less than 24 hours but with good communication we were able to slide one of the other offers in to fill the gap. Real estate is a roller coaster but my experience helps my customers anticipate the ride.
